There are many people feeling alone and isolated at the moment and we hope that our short pieces of audio can assist people in living Holy Week in their homes – Archbishop Eamon Martin.
Speaking about the annual Day of Prayer for Survivors and Victims of Abuse, Archbishop Eamon Martin said he believed reparation and repentance need to be part of the ongoing life and prayer of the Church.
“The Word of God neither ages nor ceases to be relevant, no matter what changes occur in our society.”
“It is a good thermometer of the thirst out there for something more. People are being ignited by it.”
The key events will take place this August to coincide with the actual centenary of the cathedral’s dedication on 24th August 1919.
