“Reach Out and Spread the Joy” thinking about the work of Irish missionaries abroad

Sr Teresa McKeon of the St Joseph of Cluny congregation has been honoured by the President of Sierra Leone for her “dedicated and meritorious service to the state in the field of education and the development of women”.

The Archbishop of Cashel & Emly, Dr. Kieran O’Reilly, has initiated a Listening Process in the Archdiocese with the aim of getting the views of the people of the Archdiocese on how best to chart the future of the Catholic Church.

October - mission month - will see a series of seminars take place every Thursday evening on the impact of the Ad Gentes decree on the mission activity of the Church.
