Wake up from your sleep, rise from the dead and Christ will shine on you. Jesus died, so that we might have life – life to the full. How well do we appreciate this gift and live life to the full?
In the small things of life, the food and drink which I consume, the security that I have of sleep and shelter – something so many people no longer have, are reminders of how my ordinary life can point to a richer life in God. The need to appreciate things that are so often taken for granted, strengthen my love and appreciation for God.
Risen Lord, I ask that I may live, and live life to the full.
